It provides clear guidelines for staff, students, and parents/caregivers on expected behaviour, reinforcement strategies, and consistent responses to inappropriate behaviour.

PB4L is a whole-school framework for behaviour support to enhance respectful relationships and engagement of students in their learning. The PB4L approach creates a positive, safe and supportive school climate in which all students can learn and develop.
