PB4L Policy
The St Joseph’s Kilaben Bay PB4L policy and Procedure document outlines our commitment to fostering positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment. It provides clear guidelines for staff, students, and parents/caregivers on expected behaviour, reinforcement strategies, and consistent responses to inappropriate behaviour.
PB4L is a whole-school framework for behaviour support to enhance respectful relationships and engagement of students in their learning. The PB4L approach creates a positive, safe and supportive school climate in which all students can learn and develop. At a PB4L school, teachers, administrators and family members work together to teach and support behaviour expectations at school.

Homework Policy
St Joseph’s Primary School, Kilaben Bay aims to be a place of quality teaching and meaningful learning, where young people are supported in their development and growth. Child Protection in the Maitland-Newcastle Diocese
